Delta Gamma Newsletter

As Director of Electronic Communications, one of my responsibilities was creating and distributing a weekly newsletter to over 400 chapter members. This newsletter consisted of reminders of events that week and announcements from our chapter management team. This required communication with chapter leaders and extra attention to all chapter events. During my term, I sent a total of 30 newsletters.

Through this newsletter, I wanted to make it engaging for members, hopefully resulting in more opens and clicks on important links. I changed the name of the newsletter from "DG Digest" to "Keeping Up With The Delta Gams". Every week I added photos from members and selected a fun fact about one of our members to shout out at the end. Throughout the entire newsletter, I utilized the Delta Gamma colors, pink and blue, which kept it fun and bright.
